Shipping policy

All orders are dispatched within 10 workdays via Royal Mail from London, UK.

UK: Shipping £3.50-£4.80 Royal Mail 1st Class untracked/ Royal Mail Tracked 24. Free shipping over £70. 

USA: £13.40 tracked shipping or £5.00 untracked for orders under 4£.

Rest of the world: £13.90 tracked shipping or £4.50 untracked for orders under 4£.

Please note that there might be unexpected delays with delivery due to holidays.

Refund is processed if you haven't received your order after 60 days for international orders and 15 days for the UK orders. Please contact me at laivipoder9@gmail.com for this.

If the package is returned to the sender due to an incorrect address or an unpaid customs fee, the order will be refunded excluding the shipping price.

Shipping to EU and US:

Taxes and duties are paid at the checkout. 

Rest of the world:

It is the customer's responsibility to pay any fees.
